Your day, first.

Lodge is organised around the day your people actually have: what needs them in the morning, the work in the middle, the customers, the company, and a deliberate end.

Lodge installs on phones and desktops as an app, with push notifications, and every page has a phone layout.

Know what needs you.

Home opens on your day: this week's meetings with what's up next, your tasks with the soonest due first, what's waiting on you, and what's happening across the company. Plan my day puts it in an order. ⌘K reaches any place or person.

Walk through Home in the sandbox

The work, and the conversation about it.

Tasks have steps done in order, and say who they're waiting on; when your step is done, the next person is told it's their turn. See them as a list, a board, a workload or a timeline. Messages sit next to the work they're about, with threads, pins, files and Catch up. Boards hold the whiteboard. Capture a task in plain words, or by voice. Deleted something? Undo is there for eight seconds.

Hand off a step yourself in the sandbox

From first call to live.

People and companies, with import, merge and a next step on every record. A pipeline shows where each customer is: first call, evaluating, agreement, onboarding, live. Tickets keep known issues and the fix that worked, and count every time a problem comes back. Connected apps can send customers in through the API.

Open Marlow Dental in the sandbox

Answers from your own work, with sources.

The assistant (Claude) reads as you, through the same rules as everything else, so it sees only what you can. Every answer cites the task, page, message or file it came from. If it can't find something, it says so, and points to the closest file or the person who owns the topic. It can propose a task or an update; nothing changes until you confirm. The conversation lives in your browser tab, not in Lodge.

Ask it yourself in the sandbox

Where the company can see itself.

Goals with progress, a vision page, and a scorecard read for today, the week, the month, the quarter and the year. Announcements and kudos tied to your company's values. A people directory with an org chart, status, out of office and "ask me about". A private library for the documents everyone needs.

Open the goals in the sandbox

Close it here too.

Shut down closes the day: what got done, and what moves to tomorrow. Turn on notification editions and the inbox count waits for 9:00, 13:00 or 17:00 instead of interrupting you.
